Service Charges

* Inspection/visiting charges Minimum Visit Charge 300rs may apply depending on your location.
* Final charges will be based on the type of repair, spare parts required, and labor.
* Charges will be communicated before starting the repair.
* Customers must agree to the cost before service begins.

Spare Parts & Warranty

* We use high-quality or genuine spare parts depending on availability.
* Spare parts warranty is provided *as per manufacturer or supplier terms*.
* Warranty does *not* cover damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized repairs after the service.

Payment Terms

* Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other available methods.
* Full payment must be made immediately after service completion.
* In case of online payments, transaction charges may apply.

Customer Responsibilities

Technician Safety

We reserve the right to cancel service if:

* Appliance location is dangerous or inaccessible

Cancellations & Rescheduling

* Customers can cancel or reschedule the booking by informing us in advance.
* Cancellation charges may apply if the technician has already reached the location.

Limitation of Liability

* Damages caused by misuse or lack of maintenance
